Founded in 2009, Skop Yakin (M) Sdn Bhd was originally incorporated its business in KPJ Perdana Specialist Hospital. The traditional business model is based on the accomplishment of providing cost effective supply of stationeries and printing materials, mainly on the promotional materials such as hospital's brochures, leaflet, banner and bunting.

Today, Skop Yakin extends its business to other states venturing into diversification of its business with the introduction of products range, from supplying of stationeries, printing all type of advertising & promotional materials, business documents, as well as event management.
